The Bupa Foundation's strategic direction and funding decisions are overseen by our Board of Trustees.

Day-to-day the Bupa Foundation is managed by the Bupa Foundation Team.

The Bupa Foundation is a company limited by guarantee in England and Wales (Company registration number 9524970) and registered with the Charity Commission for England & Wales (Charity number 1162759).

The Bupa Foundation receives its funding entirely from Bupa.
